THE MEDALLION 2 (2026)

Two decades after his first brush with immortality, Hong Kong detective Eddie Yang (Jackie Chan) is reluctantly pulled back into the supernatural underworld in The Medallion 2. Now older, wiser, and living a quieter life, Eddie believes the mystical medallion that once granted him incredible powers was lost forever. But when fragments of the artifact resurface, Eddie learns that its magic has not died—it has only evolved.

The story begins with a secret order of assassins hunting down those who once protected the medallion. Eddie is forced out of retirement when a young archeologist, Mei (newcomer actress), arrives at his doorstep claiming that Eddie’s destiny with the medallion isn’t over. Together, they uncover that a darker half of the relic—known as the Shadow Medallion—was created centuries ago, and it has now fallen into the hands of ruthless warlord Victor Kane (played by an international action star).

Victor wields the Shadow Medallion to raise an unstoppable army of supernatural soldiers, threatening to plunge the world into chaos. Eddie, torn between his age and his duty, must once again embrace the medallion’s power. With Mei’s knowledge, his old partner Arthur (Lee Evans reprising his role), and classic Jackie Chan comedic stunts, Eddie faces impossible odds.

The climax explodes in a battle across the rooftops of Hong Kong, where Eddie and Victor clash medallion against medallion—light against shadow. Eddie triumphs, but at a cost: the medallion’s power fractures, leaving him mortal again.

The film ends with Eddie smiling, content at last—yet the final scene teases fragments of the Shadow Medallion still out there, waiting.
