Rumble in the Bronx 2 (2025)

Three decades after his first battle in New York, Keung (Jackie Chan) returns to the Bronx to visit old friends and attend the reopening of his late uncle’s market. What should be a peaceful trip spirals into chaos when a ruthless European crime syndicate led by Viktor Granz (Jason Statham) moves into the neighborhood, using the Bronx as a hub for arms trafficking and money laundering.

Keung quickly becomes a thorn in their side after protecting local shopkeepers from extortion. Though older, his instincts remain razor-sharp, and his inventive martial arts once again turn alleys, rooftops, and laundromats into battlegrounds. But this time, the fight is bigger than a street gang—it’s an organized army.

Enter Detective Marcus Hayes (Chris Tucker), a fast-talking NYPD cop desperate to prove himself. Hayes reluctantly teams up with Keung after a series of chaotic misunderstandings, creating an unlikely buddy duo filled with banter, mismatched styles, and explosive brawls.

As Viktor tightens his grip, Keung discovers a deeper connection: the syndicate’s expansion threatens the very community he fought to protect years ago. With Hayes’ badge and Keung’s fists, they rally the neighborhood against the syndicate. The climax erupts in a multi-level warehouse showdown: Jackie improvising with forklifts and crates, Hayes fumbling but coming through at key moments, and Viktor unleashing his own brutal hand-to-hand combat skills.

In the end, Viktor is defeated, the community is saved, and Keung proves that age may slow the body but not the spirit. Hayes earns his respect, hinting at a new partnership.
